It is as if there were some sort of polymer in the sky for the sun to reflect off of. Ice crystals? That’s what contrails are made of. Must have been a lot of jet traffic in the upper atmosphere Sunday morning.
Saw this while at a softball practice in Arcata Sunday. Was blown away, never saw anything quire like this before.
