The NHUHSD board meets tonight at 7 p.m. in the Arcata High Multi-Purpose Room. Among the items on the agenda is a recognition that the board held a meeting on Dec. 1 without posting an agenda, which is a clear violation of the Brown Act. The secret meeting was uncovered by the McKinleyville Press and reported in last week’s edition.
