On 05-20-2011 at about 0815 hours the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office took a report, regarding a missing female subject named Claudia Pedreros aka Parker age 30 from Yamaha Court, McKinleyville. Weather Update 5.20.11

Saturday should be relatively nice for the Rapture.

AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EUREKA CA
337 AM PDT FRI MAY 20 2011

.SYNOPSIS…
NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA WILL SEE ONE MORE WARM DAY ON FRIDAY BEFORE
A WEAK STORM SYSTEM WILL INCREASE CLOUDS AND COOL TEMPERATURES
THIS WEEKEND. ONLY A SMALL CHANCE OF SHOWERS IS EXPECTED THROUGH
MONDAY…MAINLY ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS.

&&

.DISCUSSION…
ANOTHER NIGHT OF WATCHING THE STRATUS WAX AND WANE ALONG THE COAST
INTO THE EEL RIVER VALLEY. OBS/SAT EARLIER SEEMED TO INDICATE THAT
THE COVERAGE WAS GREATER THAN LAST NIGHT BUT THAT HAS SINCE CHANGED
WITH A SCATTERING TREND THE LAST COUPLE OF HOURS. PROBABLY SOME
INFLUENCE OF THE APPROACHING SHORTWAVE OFFSHORE…MAYBE SOME
WESTERLY WINDS JUST OFF THE BOUNDARY LAYER DISRUPTING THE LOCAL LOW
LEVEL CONVERGENCE. IN ANY CASE…MID/HIGH CLOUDS ARE ALREADY
SPREADING TOWARD THE COAST SO ANY SUNSHINE WILL BEGIN TO DIM THIS
AFTERNOON.

NEXT ISSUE WILL BE PRECIP CHANCES WITH SHORTWAVES MOVING THROUGH
OVER THE WEEKEND. HEIGHTS WILL BEGIN TO LOWER THIS EVENING AND THE
MODELS ARE HINTING AT THE POSSIBILITY OF CONVECTIVE SHOWERS
DEVELOPING OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF EASTERN TRINITY AND MENDOCINO
COUNTIES. MOISTURE WILL BE A LIMITING FACTOR SO EXPECT WHATEVER
DEVELOPS TO BE ISOLATED AND SHORT-LIVED. LULL BETWEEN SHORTWAVES
WILL BE SATURDAY AFTERNOON SO EXPECT MOST AREAS TO SEE A DECENT
AMOUNT OF SUNSHINE. SUNDAY WILL TURN CLOUDIER AS THE MORE
SIGNIFICANT PIECE OF ENERGY DROPS IN FROM THE NW. IF ANYTHING
MOISTURE WILL BE MORE LIMITED SO KEPT POPS ON THE LOW-SIDE WITH THE
HIGHER CHANCES INLAND OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. AREAS SOUTH OF THE
CAPE WILL SEE MORE SUNSHINE SUN/MON ALTHOUGH OTHER AREAS SHOULD AT
LEAST SEE BREAKS DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS IF NOT CLEARING
ALTOGETHER BY MONDAY AFTERNOON. TUESDAY LOOKS TO BE THE SUNNIER AND
WARMER DAY WITH BRIEF RIDGING AHEAD OF THE NEXT SYSTEM POISED TO
ARRIVE LATE WEDNESDAY OR WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THAT SYSTEM LOOKS LIKE A
BETTER SHOT AT A WIDESPREAD RAINFALL…BUT STILL LOOKS LIKE TENTH OF
AN INCH TYPE AMOUNTS AT BEST. MOST OF THE CWA ONLY EXPECTED TO SEE
TRACE AMOUNTS OF RAIN IF NOT REMAIN COMPLETELY DRY UNTIL THEN. AD
